Chesterfield Ladies host Basford United Ladies at the Chesterfield Panthers Rugby Club ground on Sunday afternoon in the East Midlands Women’s Premier Division.
This will be the club’s first match since Mike Noon confirmed he will be stepping down as the first team manager and chairman at the end of this season. This will also be Noon’s last home game in charge of the Blues.
The Blues are currently on a run of three games without a victory and will be eager to return to winning ways and boost their chances of finishing in the runners-up position in the league.
Mike Noon’s side are currently in third position in the league table. Second-placed Lincoln United Women are currently three points ahead of the Blues with three games remaining in the 2022/23 league campaign.
