Buxton back to action as they head to the coast

UP NEXT:

We are on the road again as we face Scarborough Athletic at the Flamingo Land Stadium.

The Bucks

The Bucks go into this game following a 3-1 victory against Kings Lynn 2 weeks ago.

Goals from McKeown, De Girolamo and Boden were the difference with The Bucks picking up all 3 points in Norfolk.

Following the victory manager Craig Elliott said:

"I had been worried with so many players out with injuries and suspensions but the lads deserve lots of credit for the performance.

Everybody is contributing and I know we're on the right track. I'm slightly disappointed we didn't keep a clean sheet, but King's Lynn is a difficult place and you can't argue with another good win.

Now we've got a rest, before Scarborough away. It should help us get players back."

Opposition

The club finished 8th in the National League North  last season after being promoted via the playoffs the season before.

They play their games at the Flamingo Land stadium which has a capacity of 2833. It was opened in 2017.

The club was founded in 2007 after the Liquidation of Scarborough FC.

The club are nicknamed the seagulls.

They currently sit in the playoffs spots in 18th place on 13 points.

Scarborough despite being 2-0 ahead found themselves at 2-2 late on before Maloney put in the winner against Oxford City to send them into the first round of the FA Cup.
