Chesterfield Ladies host surprise package Draycott Victoria Ladies on Sunday afternoon at Shirebrook Academy in the semi-final of the Derbyshire Women’s County Cup.
A win for Mike Noon’s side would see the Blues reach the final of this competition for the very first time in their history.
The Blues come into this game with some great momentum following two victories in a row in all competitions with nine goals scored and none conceded.

The Opposition
Draycott Victoria Ladies play two tiers below Chesterfield Ladies in Division One of the Derbyshire Girls & Ladies League.
They currently sit in second position in the league table and are two points behind league leaders Belper Town Ladies with three games in hand.
In their most recent match, Draycott knocked out the Sandiacre Town Ladies youth team in the quarter-final of the Derbyshire Women’s County Cup with a 3-2 victory at home.
Earlier on in the competition, Draycott Victoria Ladies received a bye to the second round. Draycott then reached the quarter-finals after knocking out Wirksworth Colts Ladies on penalties away from home following a 3-3 draw.
The team are based in the village of Draycott which lies six miles east of Derby.
