UP NEXT:

We are back at home as we return to league action against Bradford Park Avenue with the early kickoff time of 12:30pm.

The Bucks

The Bucks go into this game following their big FA Cup clash against Ipswich last week.

Despite a valiant effort The Bucks lost 4-0 as they exited the cup.

Left back Max Conway signed before the game joining us from Bolton on loan until the 3rd January.

Leaving us is Goalkeeper Matt Hudson who has left the Bucks to join Oldham Athletic.

Manager Jamie Vermiglio had this to say ahead of this game:

“It’s great to be back at the Tarmac Silverlands tomorrow as we return to league action after a couple of cup weekends. Our focus is fully on getting ourselves up the league table, and I hope you are all able to make the early kick-off to show your support.”

Opposition

Bradford won their last game in the league 2-1 beating Boston United thanks to a Jacob Blyth double.

They currently sit 21st in the league on 19 points after 20 games played.

Their manager is Mark Bower who has previously managed Guiseley. He also played over 200 games for Bradford City and was born in the area.

The club finished 18th  in the league last season.

They play their games at Horsfall Stadium that has a capacity of 3500.

One to Watch

Jacob Blyth is the clubs top goalscorer this season. The 6ft 3 forward spent time in his youth career at Leicester City and arrived at BPA in the summer.

Last time out

Our previous meeting with Saturday’s visitors took place on 8th Dec 2015, in an FA Trophy 3QR match at the Silverlands.

Alastair Taylor had assisted an own goal to give the Bucks the lead, before BPA turned it around to win 2-1.
