Chesterfield welcome one of the National League’s most in form teams Yeovil Town to the Technique Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

After a poor start to the season the Glovers have found form and will come into the game looking to secure their fourth consecutive victory.

Rhys Murphy- The striker is the Glovers’ top scorer this season with 9 goals to his name. He started his career in the youth setup at Wimbledon before moving to Arsenal. After signing first team forms Murphy spent time out on loan at Brentford and Preston North End before swapping England for the Netherlands when signing for Telstar on a permanent. After making 28 appearances and scoring 7 goals the forward returned to the EFL and signed for Dagenham and Redbridge. Murphy has gone on to represent 10 different lower leagues clubs since, most recently Yeovil Town where he arrived in June 2019.

In the reverse fixture John Pemberton’s Chesterfield were victorious down at Huish Park early on in the season. Tom Denton’s 70th minute goal proved to be the match-winner for the Spirietes.

James Rowe told the press that Joe Rowley has returned to full-training after recovering from his hamstring injury however he will not be ready for tomorrow’s game.

"They are having a similar trajectory to is. We won't be taking them likely; we never do. I think it will be our toughest test yet. It's a tasty fixture and it's going to be a good game.
"They are a team full of confidence. They score a lot and also concede a few. It will be a game to see who can input their style more."
