Scott Boden’s late goal was the difference as The Bucks continue the hunt for playoffs.
In what was a very competitive first half Jake Charles (Grandson of Welsh legend John Charles) came close early on with a header that was cleared off the line.
The Bucks first chance of the game came from a Connor Kirby through ball that found Joe Ackroyd looking for Diego De Girolamo in the box and Ryan Qualter was there to clear away.
Kieran Glynn had 2 close chances within minutes of each first a dipping shot going over the bar and then Micheal Coulson flicked the ball onto Glynn who’s low driven shot went into the hands of Theo Richardson.
Glynn then turned provider as his cross came to the head of Danny Greenfield that was met by cheers however it was over.
Sam Osborne’s headed effort after Bradley Jackson’s cross went narrowly wide for The Bucks last chance of the half.
Just before the break Theo Richardson was forced into an outstretched save to deny Ashley Jackson.
A long range shot from De Girolamo went wide of the mark to start the half off.
Greenfield tried to thread a ball through into The box and went all the way out for a goal kick.
Charles then ran through on goal and hit his shot miles over the bar in what was a big chance.
The Bucks forced Cracknell into 2 saves from close range with Osborne coming close before in the 86th minute Boden almost made the breakthrough.
But it was The Bucks who managed to score and pick up all 3 points with substitutes Jordan Barnett and Boden linking up with Barnett crossing the ball into Boden with a lovely finsh to seal the win.
