FEATURE: Elliot Steadman in conversation with Khaellem Bailey-Nicholls

One of eight Buxton signing from Sunday Khaellem Bailey-Nicholls joins the Bucks from Southern Division One side Bedworth United.

I had a chat with him to find out more about his move to the club.

He said My best friend is Callum Powell he told me about the project I spoke to the manager and saw the surroundings.

"Their ambitions met my ambitions and I thought it’d be a great opportunity to be back playing with Callum as well.”

Bailey-Nicholls is a fast attacking forward who used to play in the Birmingham City academy until 2016.

The player explained how he feels the squad that Gary Hayward has built can push on next season and challenge in the league.

“I think with the signings they’ve made and I honestly think we can push for promotion.

"I think there’s a few players I’ve played with before and there’s a lot of attacking players with pace and if we can all gel we will be excited for the season."
