Just minutes later, Max Rhodes got his best chance to add to his tally for the season, confusion in the Harrogate defence saw the ball fall to him just ten yards out when he blazed his shot over the crossbar.
As the chances continued to come for Staveley, the introduction of Marley Grant and Reece Clegg weren't enough to capture a point and save the unbeaten start Staveley have had at home.
